Countess Vaughn is an American actress, singer, and television personality best known for her roles in the hit sitcoms Moesha and The Parkers. Born on August 8, 1978, in Idabel, Oklahoma, Vaughn began her career at an early age, showcasing her talent as a vocalist and actress. Her first big break came at just 10 years old when she appeared on Star Search in 1988, delivering a powerful rendition of “I’ll Be There” by The Jackson 5. Her performance not only won her the junior vocalist title but also caught the attention of industry professionals, propelling her into the entertainment industry.
Following her success on Star Search, Vaughn landed roles on various television series, including 227, where she played Alexandria DeWitt.
