Former Major League Baseball (MLB) relief pitcher Dave Giusti was born on November 27, 1939, in Seneca Falls, New York. He had a great career in the sport.

The Houston Colt.45s, who would subsequently transform into the Houston Astros, were Giusti’s Major League Baseball (MLB) debut in 1962. He became a dependable bullpen pitcher very fast and was named to the All-Star team in 1973 and 1968.
