Jessie Graff is an American stuntwoman, athlete, and television personality known for her extraordinary strength, agility, and resilience. Graff gained widespread fame as one of the top female competitors on the hit show American Ninja Warrior, where she broke barriers and inspired countless viewers with her impressive athleticism and determination. With a background in gymnastics, martial arts, and stunt work, she has become a trailblazer for women in fields traditionally dominated by men, showcasing her prowess through high-octane performances and daring stunts.

Born on January 12, 1984, in New York City and raised in Frederick, Maryland, Jessie Graff showed an early interest in sports and physical challenges. She began her athletic training in gymnastics at age six, and by age nine, she was already an accomplished member of competitive gymnastics teams. Her formative years in gymnastics helped her develop exceptional body control, strength, and flexibility, which would later become invaluable in her career as a stunt performer. Beyond gymnastics, Graff also took up pole vaulting, achieving high levels of skill that eventually earned her a scholarship to the University of Nebraska, where she competed as a pole vaulter and earned a degree in theater.

In addition to her gymnastics and pole vaulting, Graff trained extensively in martial arts, including Taekwondo and Kung Fu, and later achieved a black belt in Taekwondo and a black sash in Kung Fu. Her martial arts background, combined with her athletic training, made her uniquely qualified for a career in stunt work. Inspired by strong female role models in action films, Graff saw stunt performing as an ideal blend of physical skill and creativity, allowing her to combine her athleticism with storytelling.
