Born on December 10, 1983, in Manchester, England, Chapman’s musical journey began at a young age, when he developed a deep interest in both classical and contemporary music. Chapman’s early musical endeavors were marked by his involvement in various bands, but it was his collaboration with Theo Hutchcraft that led to the creation of Hurts in 2009.
