On July 21, 1990, Italian-born professional wrestler Fabian Aichner was born. Using the ring name Giovanni Vinci, he is now contracted with WWE and appears on the Raw brand. He’s part of the Imperium crew.

Aichner is a former Evolve Champion, having competed for independent American promoters like Evolve. He has also competed in Europe under the moniker Adrian Severe.

He made it to the finals of a NEW event in 2013 (the Deadline tournament) and lost, just as he had in the finals of the same game the year before (again without success).

After returning to the independent circuit after the Cruiserweight Classic, A, Aichner won the NEW World Tag Team Title Tournament alongside Mexx. Aichner won the King of the North Tournament in 2014 after facing off against Chaos in the finals.

He finished the year as Cagematch’s No. 5 pick for the Euro-Match des Jahres.WWE named Aichner one of the Cruiserweight Classic’s 32 entrants in June 2016. He’ll be playing for Italy in the competition. Gentleman Jack Gallagher beat out Aichner in the opening round of the event.

Aichner’s deal with WWE was revealed on June 5, 2017. At an NXT live event on June 22, Aichner wrestled and lost to Adrian Jaoude.[Note: cite-to-self] After the Cruiserweight Classic, it was discovered that Aichner had put on over 30 pounds of muscle.
