George Kenneth “Ken” Griffey Jr. was born on November 21, 1969, in Donora, Pennsylvania, and became one of the most famous baseball players ever. Throughout his 22-year career in Major League Baseball (MLB), Griffey Jr. spent most of his time in the outfield, mainly with the Seattle Mariners but also with the Cincinnati Reds and the Chicago White Sox.
