Ken R. Sabourin is a retired ice hockey player from Canada. He played 74 games in the NHL from 1989 to 1992, mostly with the Washington Capitals and Calgary Flames. Sabourin was born on April 28, 1966. He played in the lesser leagues for the remainder of his career (1986–1999).

In 1988, while playing with the Salt Lake Golden Eagles, he helped his team win the Turner Cup, the league’s championship trophy. As a color commentator for the Washington Capitals radio shows, Sabourin has been doing his job since 2002.

In 1979, Sabourin participated in the Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament as a young player for a Don Mills minor ice hockey club. Sabourin was a member of the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds junior hockey team for four years (1982–1986) in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). In 1983–84, he scored seven goals, which was his greatest scoring season despite being a defensive specialist.

In 1984–85, Sabourin helped the Greyhounds win the OHL championship and the J. Ross Robertson Cup. After advancing to the 1985 Memorial Cup semifinals, the Greyhounds won the championship game against the Peterborough Petes. In 1985–86, while playing for both the Cornwall Royals and the Greyhounds, Sabourin finished his junior career.
