Nutbush, Tennessee is the birthplace of Tina Turner, who started singing in church when she was very little. She first crossed paths with artist Ike Turner when she was a teenager, when she became a member of the rhythm and blues band the Kings of Rhythm. Ike Turner and Tina started dating, and Tina quickly rose to the position of lead vocalist in Turner’s band.

The Ike and Tina Turner Revue, which was once Ike and Tina Turner’s band, became famous in the 1960s because to songs like “A Fool in Love” and “River Deep – Mountain High.” Everyone agreed that Tina was one of the best singers of all time because of her electrifying stage presence and beautiful voice.
