American actress and model Victoria Vetri (born Angela Dorian) rose to prominence in the ’60s and ’70s. Victoria Vetri began her career in show business at an early age, first becoming famous as a model and then moving into acting. She was born on September 26, 1944, in San Francisco, California.

Modeling jobs came rolling in for Vetri because of her stunning good looks and charisma, and she even had an appearance in Playboy magazine as Angela Dorian, the Playmate of the Month for September 1967. She became a household name and had doors opened to her in the entertainment world as a result of this exposure.

Along with her work as a model, Vetri also sought acting roles, and in 1966 she had her film debut in the comedy “When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth.” Starring in Val Guest’s 1968 science fiction picture “When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth,” she broke through to the mainstream in 1968. The role of Sanna, which Vetri played with great acting chops, cemented her place as a Hollywood rising star.
