Giveon came into this world in Long Beach, California on February 21, 1995. Released in 2020 on an extended play (EP) named “Take Time,” he became famous for his rich and expressive voice. Highlights of the EP were Drake’s “Chicago Freestyle” and “Heartbreak Anniversary.”

Featuring on Drake’s “Chicago Freestyle,” Giveon was able to break through to a wider audience and achieve his breakout moment. In 2020, Giveon continued to cement his position as a promising young artist in the R&B and soul music industry with the release of another extended play (EP) called “When It’s All Said and Done,” after the success of “Take Time.”
