Larry David, an American comedian, writer, actor, and producer, was born in Brooklyn, New York on July 2, 1947. Larry David went to high school in Brooklyn, in Sheepshead Bay. After that, he attended the University of Maryland, College Park, to major in history.

After some difficulty breaking into the stand-up comedy scene, David eventually became well-known for his humor, combining observational comedy with self-deprecating quips. His big break came when he and Jerry Seinfeld made the groundbreaking show Seinfeld.
